Arshiya holds a commerce degree from Delhi University and a Masters in fashion management from NIFT Gandhinagar. She has gained comprehensive knowledge of the craft business and its operations through her involvement in Business Development for an early-age handicrafts startup in Gurgaon, her tenure with KPMG India, and her work with craft clusters in Udaipur and Moradabad. She is a strong advocate of fair trade practices and is committed to fostering long-term relationships based on mutual respect.

Adithya specialized in Ceramics & Glass design from NID Ahmedabad. He then served as a creative director for an agency in Surat, executing successful branding and marketing campaigns for the hospitality and real estate industries. Adithya went on to co-found a data driven ad agency, but left soon after to pursue a educational project in a remote village in Madhya Pradesh. There, he designed systems and taught English at a school for tribal children run by Samaj Pragati Sahyog. After these experiences, he ultimately settled in to continue his passion for India, and Her stories, a legacy passed on to him by his Father.
